The operator will place you on hold while they obtain the authorization
for your card. The operator will obtain a $60 blocked on your card for authorization purposes only.
This is standard.
If you know you would like more than
30 minutes, please inform the operator of how many minutes so that only one authorization is needed.
If you don't and the call exceeds
30 minutes, the operator may place you on hold again to obtain another authorization.
You will only be charged
for the actual amount
of the call.
This includes the time it takes
to obtain the authorization. The billing on the card will appear as BAC Services.
When the operator returns
they will inform you whether the card was accepted or not.
If the card is declined, the Bank Card
Service Company does not give us a reason. You will need to call your bank or the card issuing company (number is usually
on the back of the card) to resolve this issue.
We will be happy to try one more card if you like.
It helps
the operator if you have a particular scenero or fetish in mind that you like to roleplay.
If not, then tell the operator
what types of sex acts turn you on, whether it be oral, giving or receiving ... etc ....
If for whatever reason you are
not satisfied with the call, please try to resolve this with the operator, if you are unable to do so please contact bacservices@verizon.net concerning this issue. We will make every effort to satisfy our
customers.
Please contact us if you have a question or a discrepency in the charge. Our customer service number
will appear on your statement. If you contact your card company/bank and initiate a claim without first contacting us,
then all privacy issues will no longer be honored and we will contact you by any means available to us.
With this in mind we would prefer resolving any issues through email correspondence.
